It will happen soon. There was a meeting sunday to hammer out all the details. Looks like this event will be limited to 60 rigs, so it will probably fill up fast.
I would like to check it out, but the closest thing I have to a rig right now is the farm truck. It’s a ¾ ton ram V10 extended cab with 34-1/2ish tall bfg all terrains. Would anyone be able to pull me out if I got stuck? How far between fuel stops? The thing is thirsty.
This may have been covered already but im going to ask it anyways. How much for hotel? Also how many people have said they are going already? Why only 60 rigs?
If anyone could shine some light on this for me i would appreciate it.

Also, I am going to update the original post tonight with hotel info, registration prices, and more basic info. Registration will not be open until October 1st, at that point its a first come first serve basis, registrations must be postmarked on or before October 1st.
Posting here does NOT reserve you a spot. A registration form and payment must be submitted.
Also, you must be a GLFWDA member to attend this event. You can purchase a trail supporter membership for $5 that is only good for the weekend.
Ok, the link that doesnt work, is because its in a private forum, so even with a paid access it wont work. I uploaded it here and it should be functioning just fine.
is that link just to the flyer in the first post? Forgive me if that seems like a stupid question, but the only info it gives is to sofo's email.......is that all we need to register?
I would so love to come to this. But I just can't take my rust-free truck out in the salt. Anybody have an enclosed trailer I can borrow to haul it? :sonicjay:
hehe so I send my request for the forms to the gmail account, so are they going to send them out on or before OCT 1st and when can I buy my weekend pass for GLF
I hope they do have the paypal thing set up because mail from here to downstate could take forever because of the post office, hehe not my fault I live way up north
No, I'm not bringing Danimal with me again :sonicjay: He just liked me for my furry hat anyway :teehee: He's bringing the Cherokee this year, that is if I get the gears & lockers setup for him :sonicjay:
