I got my new axles this past weekend and got the new rear installed yesterday. The rear is a Rockcrusher semi float HP60 setup for a TJ with a 35 spline ARB locker w/4.88's, Alloy shafts, and disk brakes. Front is a 78 F-250 44 HP housing, ball joint 60 knuckles, 4:88's, 35 spline ARB. I gotta finish putting together the front axle and then get a custom steering setup built for it. After that I can install my PSC hydro assist steering.
Im still waiting on 4wheelparts to deliver the wheels i ordered, but my OMF beadlocks showed up today.

In the next couple of month I'd like to do the following. Make it look better. Idealy Id like to get the body work done and have it repainted white, then get the bumpers blasted and painted black, and repaint the hardtop. Get a roll cage built along with some Hunsaker suspension seats and harness's, have the interior and wheel wells linex'd, and install a Kilby dual battery kit.

Future plans: New suspension and wheelbase strech using Gen-Rights TJ strech kit. That would include a 3 link front with coilovers and air bumps, rear triangulated 4 link with out board shocks and coils. Drivetrain improvents would involve a healthy 4.7 stroker with nitrous and a 3.8 Atlas 2 t-case.

I got the rear 60 installed about 1 week ago, and i love it. My old axles had 4.56 gears in them and on the road it was good but kinda sluggish. Now with the new gears, the Jeep feels alive, and when in the future i plan on goin to 40's everything will be perfect.

Here are some pics of the new rear in, the new front in pieces, and my new OMF beadlocks.yes this time i know there beadlocks, because i checked his time

nope, the parts for sale are from my other TJ. Im simplifing that build so i can get it running by the Dream Cruise(hopefully)

My White TJ right now is at Unlimited Offroad Center in Fenton getting worked on. The hybrid front 44/60 is getting reworked with Solid Axle Balljoint knuckles, keyed highsteer arms, and their 35 spline outer setup. Ill have a retarded strong 44. Its also getting a PSC hydro assist steering kits installed, and im having my OMF beadlocks mounted.

Once I get it back from them Ill be installing a STak RAC dana 300(build up on that soon), mount my Lowrance Baja 540c GPS, repaint my axles, frame, bumpers, rocker guards and skids, finish my interior storage box, install my dual battery kit and finish work on my expedition trailer. I also wanna build a new outside rack that will offer more hardtop protection, and have a cage built for the inside.

Money willing in the fall it will be time for its next transformation. Plans include Genrights rear strech kit, 4 link rear, 3 link front, front coilover & hydro bumps, possibly the same in the rear or just coils. I also plan on high rise tube fenders, Hunsaker synkro seats w/harness's. The body & hardtop will get cleaned up, removing any rust or damage and then get repainted White.

The only things I wanna do after that are build a stroker for it and a rear full float HP 60

haha, yes and no. The White TJ is my baby, so it gets first in line for the good parts. The Red TJ is something I can beat on and not feel bad about doing so. With the current list of parts I have for it now, minus tires it should only cost me about 2grand to finish it. It will be a simple bare bones rig to start with then ill go from there.

Here are some pics of the Jeep as its being worked on at Unlimited Offroad Center in Fenton. Most of the PSC hydro assist gear is installed, the hybrid 44/60 is under the front, front beadlocks are mounted, and a "custom" tierod has been made:tonka: Im not sure how long the wood will hold up but they say its fine.

Right now their waiting on a bunch of parts from Solid Axle so they can finish up the front axle. Then they can finish up the install of the hydro assist parts, then go to the back and install the new rear beadlocks.
