Ok guys, I was going to wait for little bit before I start to post it up, but a buddy convinced me to do so.. My project was starting as a 98 TJ from my previous builds have ended my JP to 6in long arm and ARBs front and rear with 4.88 gears and an NV4500 trans. Now its onto one tons and arounf 40s depending on what tire I buy.

Build Specs:
Poly mounts, front 3 link and rear 4 link
79 fornt HP 60, 5.38, 35 spline inner and outters
GM 14 bolt 5.38 gears
2.5" x 14" SAW air shocks
fuel cell

Ill take some more pics after this weekend when i get the frame all cleared off and so on.

Ben

The Jeeps resting place for the build.

Front axle out

And the old tires are for sale so go see them in the sale section.

SOOOO Heres an UPDATE

So I quess I can throw a update up...

Tcase and trans mount done. Sorry no finished pics.

This is my sides where the skid will meet and also mount slightly. Its 1/4" with braces inside and its fully welded and sanded smooth. Its on a 45* angle as well.

Bump stop for the rear are done.

Got my Cam for my 5.3 and got a LS1 intake because my engine sits a little heigher than most TJs with 5.3s. Heres some pictures of the SUPER tight clearance around the water pump inlet.

Found out that the little goofy "bump stop rubber spaces" on the air shocks are useless. and they folded over the bottom of the shock.

Here are some random interior shots. Its further along than these pictures but its where I started. NO THE SHIFTERS ARE NOT THAT TALL.... And I made some custom handles. :thumb:

Next part Im working on is my rear suspension compression winch.
Design.

I had to lengthen the front upper arms because I made them short from the start. My bad. But its sanded smooooooooooooooooth now and painted.

Updates

I guess I can add some updates on here.

I have some pictures but my camera has been MIA for at least 6 months and I have only been using my camera on the cell, so this has forced me to take less and less pictures because I get annoyed sending them and it takes for ever!

So parts list include:

42" Iroks, wheels are H1 re-centered with CM Performance Machine pressed centers. (not shown obviously)

Jims Performance Wiring Harness. Seriously was just a plug and play, he does GREAT work!!!!!!!!

PRP Comp Pro High backs from Unlimited!

Auto-meter Phantom Gauges

Gauges installed

Stuff not pictured, but I might try to get them later.

CM Performance Machine 300 rear axle shafts with flanges
CM performance Machine new rear axle truss and pinion support for the 14
A nice diff shave, that will be offered soon by CM performance Machine
5.13 ring and pinion front and rear with master installs
300M u joints
Chromo 35 spline stub shafts

This is all I have for now, I might get motivated to update this again later.

A simple mistake on my end with a sensor. Plugged her up and she fired within seconds. It was a great feeling. So I just have to finish some welding on my rear axle again than shes back to rolling on her own and than driveshafts will be ordered after I get back from vacation next week.
