I hope the only rallying you do is TS&D or maybe rallycross. If you want to put some hair on your chest, try you hand at rallycross racing. It's affordable, fun, decent seat time, and we even have a few da/night events.
Check out the Detroit Region SCCA/rallycross page or got to www.myautoevents.com so see other types of racing fun.
This is constructive criticism. I feel that bumper has a huge moment arm based on how you are securing it. In race conditions I don't think the supports will keep it straight or it will flex. If it flexes, it will crack and break. The choice of what appears to be 3/16 thick stock will be a contributing factor for any bending or breaking.
One last thing. I would drill out mounting holes large enough to put a support tube in and weld it back up.
Other than that, it looks fine (may be disproportianatly beefy). I read a book on fabricating once so now I'm an expert.
Cool in a retarded way. I like it actually. However, you really need to cap those tubes on the front bumper. Little details like that make it look very hack.
Looks like a super neat DD, not sure how useful it would be rallying though. I'd drive it though.
