If that doesn't help, PM Jeeperz Creeperz. There are some seal issues, he just took care of them when I had him regear my CAD XJ d30, which is the same design as the YJ one.
there is like a 3-5 page thread where monkeyevil and scorpio_vette discuss two very viable options for the passenger side tj shaft/seal issues when its put into a disconnect housing.
Installing the seals is definitely the most challenging part of the swap. I have a locker in the front on mine, with TJ shafts, and have no issues. I also took advantage of the timing and placed the greasible plugs at the ends of the axle shafts to function as an additional seal, and to keep all the crud out of the end of the axle tubes.
I also second on mudwolfs comment. put outer seals to keep the mud out. after its done but the most difficult part is finding a place to come up with a seal. Measure the diameter of the housing tube and axle shaft, and call around to see if you can find a seal. Because its not machined like the driver side its a bitch, but possible just needs time and numbers. After that rip out the vacum disco and put a pull cable or something in there.
