Its very fast (ive only had it up t0 120 maybe 125 but had plenty on motor left) and takes corners like a champ. If you know what your doing you can almost lay it down in a corner. Tires grip very well
What does "Deltabox" mean? I have a buddy that just told me it meant the bike was a lower-priced, stripper version that wasn't as fast. He said it was like comparing a Katana to a GSXR.
Is this true? I am looking for a fast bike, it sounds like it is - pops wheelies and what-not, but it may not be the fastest version. I don't want to buy something that isn't the best.
The concept is that a triangle (delta) is more rigid than a square. By using a diagonal from the steering head down to the swing arm pivot the frame is triangular versus a rectangular box like a backbone frame.

This has the ability to be a trick bike but your better off looking for an naked newer bike with bolt on accessories.
it sounds like you are making this up? but I like the idea of making into a trick bike because I think he already laid it down once, so I wouldnt feel so bad if I did while doing some tricks.
i had a friend with that bike with a aftermarket pipe and a 1 tooth larger front sprocket claimed it would do 170. he outran everyone but the repo guy. prolly saved his life.
That "deltabox" thing scared me away. Sounds like something is wrong with the frame. Another buddy told me that "deltabox" is a frame repair company - and it sounds like you layed it down in the corners.
I ride a yzf600r and I ride it a lot. I'm not sure what you have done to it but it takes a bit to get a wheeling goin if it is stock. The bikes go about 140mph and are very heavy for a rocket they are around 500 lbs
