Correction to Title (16 X 8) 5 Lug 5.5 Bolt and 4.5" Back Spacing...
I paid $1,200 for all 4 back in 2002 when I had a CJ-7. 5 miles later I blew the Trans and there it sat. 2 years later I pulled them off sold the tires and the wheels have been in storage since 2004. Just Chilling. They are Aluminum. Held air just fine for the 2 years they were on the jeep in the drive way. I am getting ready to move and just want them gone. I am asking ((($300))) for all 4. The look great polished up and I have the center caps for them too. Here are some better pics http://photobucket.com/JSale123 And I live in Waterford and Work in Ferndale. I can Deliver if your close or arrange to meet.
Do you really even know what these are. I Might be interested but I don't know if they will work for me. You said the bolt pattern is 5x4.5 but CJ's have a 5X5.5 bolt pattern which pattern do these wheels actually have?
The 1977 CJ-7 I had was a Frankenstein project. Mostly held together with welded in street signs and duct tape. so everything was questionable on it.
When I bought the wheels I had a friend do all the ordering and installing cause of my work hours. I gave him the keys and he brought it back with wheels and tires that I picked out. I have one of the original boxes in storage. I will dig it out and pull all the numbers off of it and check on Centerlines website.
Just throw a tape measurer across the holes. If I am reading what you are saying correctly, they have a 4.5" backspacing. I don't think you have actually addressed the bolt pattern.
OK so here it is. I know nothing about wheels and tires oke:.
They are 16" wheels with a 4.5" back spacing the bolt pattern is 5 X 5.5".
I will be handing in my common sense card later today. ((Thank you Ridin Dirty)). On the plus side I did finally get a working power steering pump installed in my Cherokee last night. :thumb:
Bumpiness Bump Bump. and I'm out of here for the day. good Night Folks.
PS. Buy These Rims 16"s are the next Double Dubs. Think of all that Rubber that can fit around them and the looks you will get from others as you roll by.
