If you have a bad computer. You will have fuel pressure but the injector will not fire.
When mine went bad I had just pulled up to a drive thru window. I shut the tracker off because it was loud. When I went to restart it it just spun over. It had spark and fuel pressure. Just would not let the injector fire.

well this might sound stupid but did you check the fuses there are some big fuses under the hood one main and several others Id get a test light & start checking do you have power to & from fuses? do you have power to fuel pump &main relays ? does the fuel pump run like its supposed to ?if not is there power when its supposed to be on? is the is it a 1.6 16valve mfi or a 8v throttle body? if the fuel getting to the throttle body or furl rail ?will it start if you spray starting fluid in the throttle body? if the fuel pump is on a switch somethings not right it should be controlled by the ecm & relay
does it have spark? is there power to the coil /distribitor I would check a bunch of things before I replaced the computer

maybe the main relay.. me Id check for spark before I worried about the gauges they may be the same problem if there's no spark is there power to the ignition sw & going out when on ? Ive had mystery issues like this before & just had to keep chasing things down & you'll find its a unplugged /broken wire/plug or a bad relaykeep at it youll get it good luck
