So i have been building a jeep for a few years now and i finally got it where i wanted it. It is a 2002 5" lift AEV wheels 35's. 50.000 miles rubi axle's. well i decided to go on a date the night before thanksgiving and had a few drinks. that is when it all turned bad. i could care less about the jeep the part i cared about was the part of showing up at the hospital the next day and the girl that i really liked and cared about was laying in a hospital bed. because of me we were both knocked out at the accident. i came to all i could do is hold her. from what im being told we flipped 4 times before going through a poll 15ft in the air and landing on the passenger side. so please If You Drink Don't Drive
I hope you learned your lesson, glad to hear the both of you are fine.
alcohol will ruin your life, its all fun until something like this happens. Don't drink, the money can be spent on another ride for you to build.
I dont condone drinking and driving, however I think the main cause of the accident is the fact that they were kissing, while driving down the road in the rain. That was the really stupid thing to do. If he would have never mentioned having a couple drinks the whole thread would have been different. I see that Aaa-Shawn has got the point about drinking and driving but learn not to be maken out while driving down the road....
