Why does my family look to me, the 23 year old son, as the Dr. Phil of the whole shebangabang? I don't understand it, but apparently i'm the mediator/therapist for the Yonker/Krikke families.

Little sister is 19, no license, backed out of original lease on apartment for GVSU this year. Now she's frustrated because she can't pass her test, and doesn't have anywhere to live. She has had a car bought specifically for her 2 months ago. She can't parallel park, so she's refusing to take the test but still bitching about not having a license. No comprendo.

End Rant.
WTF is so hard about parallel parking? I can do it with a semi...

my window well for my basement window is a tree frog/toad habitat. they all live in harmony, at least 5 different ones. i was PISSED when i seen a snake in there that thought he was at the buffet.
Luckily our tree frogs live up high. Toad came back lady night and i heard snakes don't like them because of those poison glands. They mostly eat worms and grubs

PA JUST added restrictions on 1000 of there bridges today. I am just expected to know which routes I can no longer take. There is of course no grace period and am sure there have been tickets written already on routes that were legal yesterday.

"No Truck" routes pop up in the same manner but they usually add a alternative route or grace period.

Here is the list of bridges being changed I have and am trying to find one with actual weight.

Just sucks when this happens without any knowledge ahead of time. If I was not watching the news I would have never known.

I am jumping on pendot after posting this to try to find some kind of indication which bridges are now limited.

This is due to the state being cheap as hell and saying "you know what" to not getting the 2 billion they requested from federal. I should not be expected to pay for your damn bridges PA. Maybe you should convert yet another road to toll and not sell this one for a change.

its not. I never did it expect for on my road test, 1st time ever and last time I have.
I can count on 1 hand the number of times I parallel parked. But of you live in a shitty some times you have to.

haha, why did you wait until you were 17? I was waiting in line at the SOS for them to open on my 16th birthday.
The day I got my learners permit we were heading to Indian rivers for a family vacation. My dad made me drive the truck pulling the camper up there from Grand Rapids. I got my first truck when I was 15 and my license first thing in the morning when I turned 16.

I think it is bad ass when I see one of you parents letting your kid drive on the trails. Get them behind the wheel in a controlled environment so they feel comfy and not a totally overwhelmed when they hit the road for the first time.
If they can whip a jeep around a cluster of trees when they are 13 parallel parking during there driving test should be cake.

I bought some jack links beef jerky today. The expiration date was December 2013 and the vacuum seal was still good. I got half way through it and noticed a big mold spot on it. I will never buy that shit again. Wtf???
It will buff out
