So got the new axles welded in. Started the decking today. Holy...like 130 holes to drill and stick bolts in.

Then found out that the lug nuts I had wouldn't work with the rims so I had to get new, but here is the blingage trailer rims and new ters cuz I don't think it would track well with the setup in the above pics.:tonka:

Then me and the boy took it all back apart to for staining and waterproofing of the wood. Still have to weld up the fenders, wire everything, and adjust the tongue jack because we lowered the trailer about 12 inches so the tongue jack is too long now.

No, deck is 80 inches wide. Fits what everything I want to haul. Fenders wull be strong enough, I just won't need to drive over them.

Might be a picture angle problem, but you want more room under those fenders.
More fender work....It's just sitting on the tires right now but I think it turned out perdy good so far.
There will be 1 inch more clearance then the distance from the axle tube to the frame. The fender is just laying on top of the tires, it welds to the frame a few inches higher.

Oh, and Immortal..... Thanks. The before pics were on a digital camera that got run over by the jeep.
