the people that run that place need to have there heads examined that is no kind of shut down area if he would have killed it and got on the brake he prolly would have still hit the bales
Their are safety rules at all the tracks we run.
In all those crashes.... did anyone get killed? Did fans get hurt? NO!
Sounds like the tracks are safe...not saying their great and I agree some tracks need more work. We need to learn from this crash and make some changes.
Alot goes back to the driver...he needs to control his truck for the different tracks he runs.
Shit happens and some things you cannot control. The bails did their job and stopped the truck and he walked away. If you don't like the places we race then don't race.
Well said also if i recall there is a large jump at the end of the pit where moms has their pit a few years back henry got some good air and last year we did also. Just wondering if the person posting this crap even comes to the events???????
For those of you who do not know, momsmotorsports is a promoter of mud racing. Now, I think you are going about this the wrong way, posting on here and we got mud dot com in a negative way that will only hurt the sport of mud running that you yourself are trying to promote and make safe. There are better ways to bring attention to the areas that are lacking safety. I may be wrong but this seems like a direct attack against those who compete in the West Michigan Mud Runs races. Maybe instead of bashing their race tracks and attacking the drivers you could contact Tim or Jason and talk about your concerns, or are they taking too much attention away from the runs you promote and hurting your bottom line? You should know that you are hurting the sport and you are not being proactive in making this a safer and bigger event for more people to enjoy. There are better ways to do this, acting childish is not one of them. Just my .02
1. Kill switch lanyard like a jet ski or boat has.
2. Haybale jump to powerlines....maybe its just the video but a lightning storm looked entirely possible.
3. Event promotoers and participants who can't type complete sentences arguing, entertaining for certain.
I bet a lot of sister/cousin fuckery went down that day.
