So, I want to provided my fellow Jeepers with some sexy bumpers and other armor products, but to develop new and better products it takes money, which is pretty tight right now cause I'm laid off. Please, if you're in the giving mood, help a fellow Jeeper out! Thank you in advance!

Before asking for funding, I think it would be best to post examples of your current work. What materials are you using, what makes your products better then whats available on the market now, what are some of your future ideas...

Right now I wouldnt give you the shit on the bottom of my boot, cause you sound like the ninja's here in Detroit asking me for my hard earned money so they can buy booze and another crack rock :thumb:

I am seriously interested in this. I have been wanting to buy into my own offroad shop for quite some time. I have watched the other builders in Michigan make great profits and I have unsuccessfully attempted to buy into all of them, JCR, JeepersCreepers, Creative Fab, Tab, Nates, Koz and a couple others. All have turned me down because they don't want to share their profits.

I am considering an investment of $5,000. With that investment, what share of your business would I own? What guaranteed return on my investment should I expect? (I was thinking a minimum of 10% APR.) At what frequency would you be able to pay out dividends?

Since Stan also seems very interested, another option would that the 2 of us could go in jointly together and buy out your entire business. I am sure that with the quality of your work we could afford to pay you a decent salary.

I'm looking forward to your answers. I could invest as early as next week.

Just cause I want to develop and sell bumpers, rock sliders, and other products doesn't mean I want to start a business. I consider it a "hobby" because I enjoy designing/building this stuff and it's more of a side project. And you may be thinking to yourself, "if he actually enjoyed doing it, he'd do it for free.", but I go by the saying, "If you're good at something, don't do it for free." If one day I start a business, then sweet, but for now its merely a hobby. And yeah, I knew what IPO stood for...
