I am working on a 1992 F250 with the 460 in it. It is leaking coolant from what appears to be the short elbowed hose from the water pump to what I believe is called the heat exchanger. The oil filter adapter is bolted to it. How in the hell are you supposed to replace the hose without removing the water pump or the exchanger?? It does not appear to be possible.
I finally cut the old hose off, and between the two ends is only about 3/8" clearance to get the hose back on. Any of you Ford Guru's have a good way to replace this?? Thanks
