I know, I was mad but I held my tongue. It was a learning experience for all.
Partly on me for not extracting myself( there was a tree and my hi-lift gear in back) but we only had 2 hours of wheeling today. So I asked these guys to pull me out and a mixture of muddy windows and lack of communication they could not see the tipping point of our Jeep and over we went.
The worst part is the loss of our 2 cell phones to water damage (no insurance).
I did shake the drivers hand and said that all is well (he was very quiet throughout the ordeal) I hope they chime in and tell their side.

I agree and I've been on the wrong end of a similar situation. My take on it (since I've been there) is that the driver of the vehicle being extracted is responsible for his own vehicle. In this situation: ME If you don't like the situation, stop it. In my case, I expressed concern, others said I was OK and in the end, I went over. (also a slow roll) I can't blame my spotters either. Every one of us who has done much wheeling has made a bad judgement call on spotting. (mine most recent was last Sunday at the Mounds :() The most important thing is know the people who are helping you and keep a good line of communicaton.

Here's my whoops.

I was on the edge of a peninsula at The Mounds with 2 tires on ice and the left front sunk in mud. It was only 2' deep by the drivers door and 6" at thr left rear tire.
All I had to do was hand winch myself straight back to the tree with the Hi lift and I would have been fine. But I was impatient and asked for a tug sideways thinkig it would slide the rear around.

Ya. Dumbest thing ever. I got turtled on a big tire & was getting tugged back. Spotters suggesting turning to the passenger side to let the driver's tire swing around the tire instead of trying to pull both front tires up and over. Jeep started to turn, passenger tire came up on the big tire & the whole rig pivoted on the skid while both drivers tires cleared the big tire without hitting it. End result, sideways pull on mostly level ground and a full 180 roll.
