Late season antlerless permit questions

Anybody know if I can buy a private land late-season antlerless tag if:

1) I'm not the property owner of the land I'll be on.

2) I want to purchase the permit for the DMU (Ottawa County) in another county? (i.e. buy the permit in Kent County and hunt in Ottawa)

I checked the DNR's website, and there are still thousands of these permits available for DMU 070, so I think you can just buy them over the counter, right? I didn't get a buck this year, so thought I'd try this to put some meat in the freezer.

Thanks.... I think I can, but wanted a second opinion before I brave Meijer.

Yes, I think that's right.

By the way, it's just as easy as the guys above said. No problemo. I passed up a 100-yard running ass shot yesterday, going to try again tomorrow. Time to employ the old 2-man deer drive, because they ran right past where I'd be posted if someone else walked the line I did. I thought the deer would stop and look back after a hundred yards or so, but they beelined it 400 yards across a field and didn't stop until they hit woods. Bastards.
