    Looking (still) into getting a Cherokee or Grand Cherokee for the wife to drive in the winter and to free up the truck when I need it. One of my friends has a son who lost his license and is selling his already lifted (a LOT) XJ, and one of my bosses may be selling his '03 Grand Cherokee Special Edition.

    Just gonna depend on price I suppose.

    Just "finishing" the lift on my Wrangler to get it ready to go again. (I quoted finishing because we're not REALLY ever finished are we?) Just this part of the process with actual lift springs instead of spacers, and the SYE is now in along with adjustable rear track bar and soon.....extended bumpstops so I no longer bash my fenders (not that it's not already too late, just don't wanna make them worse.) ;-)

    Still itching to go snow wheeling......when we get some!!

    Guy named Brian Rasey. He's part of the club. He has a Bronco II that he has built up to wheel. Total Ford guy.
    When I get the chance I'll look up some videos or share some on FB. From there, you can look him up on youtube to see his others.

    So anyway, Not had the chance to talk to you much. HOW THE HELL ARE YA!!??

    Got some new toys for the Jeep. Now have a slip yoke eliminator and CV driveshaft installed along with an adjustable rear track bar. Going to get some adjustable lower control arms for the front as soon as $$ allows, then get an adjustable front track bar and some 4" lift springs.

    It's time to go higher!!

    After that....it's time to wheel!! Impatiently awaiting a good snow at Bundy. I wanna do some snow wheelin'!!

    For now, I'm off to bed. 10 hour day again tomorrow.

    LATER!:beer::rock:

    So, it looks like I'll be getting one of the Mega-Short SYE and Driveshaft kits very soon. Time to re-install the long rear shocks then too. One step closer to my 5.5" long arm kit then too! ;)

    The 16th trip is out for me for that reason, and all the cars I have to catch up on in the shop. But after it's in and a few cars are caught up.....especially the Neon and the Daytona......it'll be time for a trip!!!

    Sorry I have to opt out again, but hope you have a great trip! As always! Keep me posted.

    Yep....definitely. Gearing is the only way to go when keeping a 4 popper. Just got back from the club meet n greet. Decent turnout. Still.....everybody's Jeeps are bigger than mine. :-( Mine will grow up someday!! There's a few that made a last minute plan to do Bundy tomorrow (Sunday), but I told them I can't make that on such short notice.
    Still need to finish the shop, although we've made quite a nice dent in it so far. It will be cleaner than it's been since I started working in there. Now if they just KEEP IT THAT WAY! That will be the challenge.

    lol sounds like my garage then i had to put the v8 on hold again so i think im just going to regear the yj for the time being and slowly build the v8 the way i want it and get my d44's and do the axle swap all at the same time sooo its the 4 banger for awhile longer i guess but the 4 88s should help alot with the power loss

    Have had no time to work on it any more. Old engine is pulled. Ready for cleanup and new engine install but need to clean that pathetically cluttered shop.
    Can't find anything in there. =-O
