I am a dealer for Rugged Ridge also, my price on these two bumpers is as follows.
The front, part # 11502.12 retails for $371.99, my price is $361.47
The rear, part number 11503.13 retails for $692.99 my price $667.15

To build a bumper similar would so close in price that going with the RR bumpers would be the way to go if you are wanting them by spring or early summer as I am way behind on building stuff right now. Let me know what you think.

The spacer lift is a Rubicon Express as are the shocks. Send me a link to that bumper so I can look at it.

$200 and includes shocks, shipping to your door would be $26

Bumpers vary from $200 all the way to $800 depending on if it's a front or rear with swingout. A basic front or rear with nothing more than a 2" reciever will be on the low end, a full blown rear with swingout and all the options will be the $800 range.
If you have a pic or description of what your looking for I can quote you a more accurate price.
