6.7L CTD will replace 5.9L in early 2007, Power/Torque: 325 @ 2,900 rpm, 610 @ 1,600 rpm (Chassis cab= 305/610)

6.7L will come with 6-speed 68RE auto (w/Elec. Range Select), will replace 4-speed tranny.
(Chassis cab= 6-speed Aisin)

5-speed auto will still be offered (only with the 5.7L Hemi)

Optional exhaust brake to be offered with the 6.7L.

Engines:
3.7L 4.7L 4.7L FFV 5.7L w/MDS (1500 reg & quad cab) 5.9L 6.7L

Active turn signals (3x signal activation with a tap)

Electronic Stability Program (with Hill Assist) - Standard on 1500 Laramie and packaged with ABS on other 1500 Regular and Quad Cabs

Easy Clean cloth seats ("YES Essentials")

Power accessory delay (standard on all)

New EVIC on instrument panel for Diesel models

New snow plow package (for 2500 Ram gas model)

Factory remote start option on V8 auto trans models

1500 Laramies & dual rear drive models come standard w/5.7 Hemi

New SXT Value Group with steel chrome-clad wheels, power locks, power windows, power mirrors, cloth 40/20/40 bench seat, carpet with floor mats, and speed control

Work Special Group optional on 1500 ST Regular and Quad Cab deletes chrome bumpers, grille and includes black center caps [end]

Good info

What are the hp/tq specs on the 06 5.9L CTD? Doesn't look like much of an improvement even though they jumped up to a bigger, heavier engine. Anymore info on that new 6.7L?

All this crap and still no 4500/5500 to be found anywhere.

The new CTD is still the tried and true I-6 design.
