toys for tot,s mud, rocks, logs and a ravine at silver lake july 4th weekend!!

our club sand and swamp off road, is having a toys for tots run july 1st and 2nd. there will be a mud bog,log and rock course, a trench race ,and we have built a knarly ravine course, that wil be a major challenge. the ravine is for very well built vehicles only. we will have food and drinks available, bring your own beer, no bottles please.no under aged drinking!! bring a toy and half price admittion. this is on private property just north of hart. 10 minutes from the dunes... so put it on your calender!!!we will be there both sat and sun but the main run is sun the 2nd. i will be updating this thread as we get closer. directions and more info...10 a person or 5 if you bring a toy.camping will be available. take the hart exit off 31. go east to the second stop wich is old 31 or oceana rd. go left or north 3 miles to harrison rd, go left and look for the signs! there will be some money bounties on a couple of spots in the ravine. you make it you get the money!!! will be having a party sun night after the event. so bring a chair.

it sounds like we are going to offer camping. there will be no hookup,s but there will be bathroom,s. camping is a go sat and sun.

I went out to the property today to see the work in progress, everything looks to be a good time, the ravine is freakin sweet!!!!!! My understanding, talking to other club members is that camping will be available saturday night and sunday night, with wheeling on sunday July 2nd. The guys from sand and swamp offroad have put alot of time and effort into the set-up of different kinds of obstacles for a good time wheeling, this will also be good for spectators. If anyone in the muskegon or surrouding areas would like a flyer send me a message and I'll see what I can do to get you one. Again anyone around the silver lake area the weekend of july 2nd is welcome, the admission prices and details are posted on the first thread. Thanks.

the run is on sunday. we are going to be there all weekend if you want to camp, and maybe have a beer! come out anytime. the ravine will be closed until sun. the obstacle course is done and lots of mud. nice rock pile to play on and a real challenging little log course.
