Clutches in xr185

Bout to reinstall my clutches, Anything special I need to do, or measure?

no just make sure that you have soaked the clutch in oil. and step torque clutch hub bolts

Well they aren't new, Do i still need to soak them? I thought it was only if they are new.

How long were they out of an oil bath? I never soak used friction plates. Also, on the old honda clutch baskets, use blue locktite and 7-10 ft-lb on the spring bolts.

2 or 3 hours outta the oil bath, but I sprayed the whole motor with brakleen.

Put the clutches back in after rouging them up a lil and now the clutch works great lol.
