what fits, what hits

I have a '98 ford f-150 4x4 and I'd like to put some different rims and tires on it. It currently has 265 70r/ 17s and I'm curious if 15 or 16" rims will fit with 32 or 33" tires. Plus, if I was to add a body lift, what would fit?

16" rims will fit, 33" is the max tire height stock.

I'm pretty sure 35's will fit with a body lift.
