The ones on my sami only move with a big pair of pliers. I've disassembled/cleaned them several times and they still do it. Did it on my previous two samis as well. I think it is an Aisn hub problem.

use the handles of pliers and a big screw driver through the pliers

the ones on my samurai turn nicely.

Just take them off and soak them in WD40, or a gas, then re-grease and stick back in.

mine were a little tough the first couple of times, stuck in lock, but they loosened up.

yeah, but your front DS will sometimes spin along with that CV shaft, Just ask around, somebody will have a new fuse that you can probably just have. I might have one that will work in Jackson, but it will be a while before i get to it again.

you know that outer part that you can just take the 6 bolts out and slide half out part of the hub.
