Hydrogen fuel addative

I was wondering what you think about this "how-to". This is actually how to run your vehicle on hydrogen, but I've heard of people just putting extra hydrogen into their intake to burn the fuel more efficiently. I'm guessing this is crap, but it seems pretty interesting.
