Raptor 660 Valve Adjustment

Anyone done this?? How hard, what tools do I need, and how long will it take??

Asking because quad will be located 200 miles away from my tool box Would like to have all the tools i need before I get there.......

your eyes, set of allen wrenchs, metric wrenchs, feeler gauges, and 1/4 drive socket set

Good, I'll have all those tools and then some, along with the service manual....just curious, do you need to replace any gaskets when doing this (wanna make sure owner has them)

not usually. the 2 plugs in the head have o-rings in them and unless they rip you should be good.

Really quick, is there any use for LOOOONG allen wrenches (make access easier??) and if so what size....don't really feel like lugging my whole set of long T-wrenches down there....
