The Mutt

Okay, title says it is a 91. Some of the tub and all of the frame are still a 91. The rest spans 1985-2000.
Specs
  • six point cage tied into the frame
  • swing out spare tire carrier
  • rock rails, tied into frame and cage
  • 6 inches of lift
  • 35 inch Mud Kings
  • Ramsey 8k winch
  • Racing seats, with four point harnesses
  • High lift jack, other recovery gear, fire extinguser, first aid kit, plenty of spare parts.

All have been fabbed up at my buddy Dan's(Poor Boy) house. He has done all of the welding, as I suck at welding.

This winter's plans:
finish painting cage, tie seats into roll cage, tube fenders, figure out what kind of front bumper I am going to make.

my son Alex, and The Mutt.

I have no idea where those are now. I lost my copies when my other computer jumped off the desk and committed suicide.

How hard was it to do the body lift on the older tub, I was going to do one, but heard on our YJs due to age it was more pain then it is worth.

Nice lookin rear bumper you got there. Not paint that damn cage. I know a guy that can work wonders with a rattle can.

I like the seats on the cage idea, as well as the tube fenders.

I told Dan I am going to paint the rock rails gray, just so it looks like they are still just primed. He didn't find that funny.
