Large Screen GPS for trucks?

Anyone know of any large screen GPS units with turn-by-turn that I might be able to get for a large truck (IE Peterbuilt) Looking for something portable still, and my boss claims the screen on the Garmin 276C is too small.

The Garmin 7200 and 7500 have 7" screens and are designed for trucks, but am looking for others. Are the Lowrance units designed for the bigger trucks? Looking to be able to route truck routes and rest stops etc...

I would use a laptop! You can't beat the price and the screen is a big as your laptop!

http://www.delorme.com/

I've been using it for 4 years. Used it on the trip to Moab 3 times, different route each time.

Has to be easily portable between two trucks. The company also wont spring for a laptop, laptop mount, and Delorme...
