That actually isnt a bad price for the condition and milage. My folks Just paid $10k for a last addition 91 Grand Wagoneer with 40K miles. Grand Wagoneer website out of Cali. these go for $20-30K easy.

There is a company in Texas that buys and refurbishes wagoneers. $20K is about the going price for a refurbished one. They sell them as fast as they list them.
