Unclebeaner's raptor build up

i have my 01 raptor 660 that the unifilter broke on this summer and sucked a whole bunch of sand into. thus the top end should be a mess. figured i put it out here just cause im bored.

plans are:

04 trans update, 686 kit 11:1, stage 2 hotcam, kibblewhite +1 valves, possible fcr's,hinson clutch basket, gtyr clutch, port and polish, and maybe some barker duals.

started puling it down yesterday and finished up today. looks like someone sand blasted internals of motor. the trans. is a knowen issue for the 01 so i picked up a 04 trans, new bearings, seals, ect. the one way bearing is another common issue so i picked up a l&a one way for it.im gonna have enginecraft do the machining once i get all the parts. carbs need to be reworked yet again.

basically im gonna end up putting more money into it than its worth but like anything else if im gonna use it what the hell.

on a side note instead of replacing valve i could get a three angle valve jobs? which would be better?

I've got kw valves in two motors, along with the Ti retainers - seem to work just fine.
