Can this be legal?

They are doing a 6% raise in water across the board for all suburbs, but they elected not to raise their own water rates because of "local issues"

wtf is this?

I'm calling my congressmen.

Look into the last water rate increase.

Detroit embeded the cost of their new 800 MHz police radio system into the suburban water system rates.

When Granholm caught them violating the applicable potions of state law and the state constution, she issued a "get out of jail free" order that absolved Detroit of wrongdoing.

Detroit will do whatever they want and get away with it. Period.

What was it that Kuamee said last fall about having Absopure bringing in water for the city employees at the city hall?? Something about the water not being 'clean' because of the piping within the building, and tying employees drinking city water to slavery? He is such a loser.:miff:
