adding second female cigarette lighter socket

I started working on my xm radio install again today, I started looking into running it off the switched aux power source behind the glove box. After reading online, the easiest way seemed to wire a second female cigarette lighter socket. I went to radioshack and bought one. I find the light blue whire behind the glove box and notice it only has one lead (http://www.4x4xplor.com/images/cb/cb02.jpg). So I have a quick question, were do I hook up the second lead and is the blue one pos or negitive? Thank You

Nevermind, the instructions must have been writen by 6th grade special ed students, it showed how to wire it to a cars aux but it showed it with ac and completly backwards, thanks radio shack. I figured it out.
