Garmin 276C group buy.

399 per unit shipped to your door.

PM me if interested. I already have 5 orders, which is the minimum.

if we get close to 10, I can get a better discount.

wow, seems like people are interested in this with the car kit.

I'm going to hold off purchasing monday, and I will figure out the lowest price with the GPS store including the auto kit. and then probably set the purchase up for wednesday

I can't seem to find out on any site if this unit has the new antenna technology they have added to the handhelds...or is that JUST for the handhelds because they have an internal antenna. I haven't been happy with my Garmin because it would lose the signal easily under tree cover.

The handhelds call it a "high sensitivity receiver"....will we be relying on a standard antenna that is only better because it can be detached or the fact that an external one can be placed up on the roll bar??

I already have this unit, can you get good pricing on just the car unit and power chord?

Thanks.

BTW I bought this for the boat and it is a very nice unit, easy to use and see out in the sun.

I'm going with the Garmin 60csx for the SiRF chip CPU. It's FAST, like marsupial fast.

I've used the 276c (awesome on an ATV or car/truck/Jeep), the 60csx (FAST!), GPS V, and GPS12.

While I prefer the larger 276c screen (works very well mounted to overhead roll cage) the 60csx form factor (handheld for hunting, handlebar for ATVing,. and dash-mounted for Jeeping) works better for me.

For accessories check http://www.gpsgeek.com/. I've got antennas, power cords, cables, etc... there and it's good stuff at a fraction of Gamrin prices.

cc, when will you be ordering these now? I am highly interested in getting in on this. It wasn't the exact one I wanted but better than it anyway(Earthmate PN-20). Besides I have always had great luck with Garmin's stuff.

Please PM me the price with the car kit. I am 95% sure I am in. Wife just took a job as a home nurse and will need help getting to the houses. Was going to buy a GPS this weekend but the group price is hard to beat.
