for the 4. something percent tax. And services will be cut also. Hey ya know how it is. Times are tough. We need to compete. I say lets bust the unions for all employees. Fire, police, city workers, teachers, everyone. I think it would help cut costs. Let everyone compete. There is no reason to pay people those high wages.
