Pre Pig-Gig Pig roast

Hey, since this is Swamp Stompers first go at the pig gig we are doing a test this Saturday, June 9. We're getting a smaller pig and will be using our own roaster this Saturday at Marv's. If you're in the area stop by for some pork, I'd hate for it to go to waste and I doubt the 15 of us going will eat a 100lb piggy.

hopefully around 5-6pm

correction: 150 lb pig

I will be coming home from Grand Rapids Saturday... leaving about 6-7:00.

Would make for a long trip home... but, it might be doable.

This was an organized and planned club event , How ever we are way over on food and have opened up the invitation to assist us in eating pig .
