Parting out 1978 Yamaha Dt175 *first $100 takes it!*

i am parting out a 1978 Yamaha DT175. It is in pretty good shape, but has some surface rust and missing a few parts. I have an engine to go with it, but it's a 200 cc engine and its seized.
Here's the parts i have for it or you can have the whole bike for $100

Frame/triple trees-$35
Aluminum swingarm/monoshock $50 (worth that in aluminum scrap)
front and rear rims/tires $25
front fender & rear fender $10 (selling for twice that on ebay)
engine $25 (seized, no top end, good cases)
