just a good old ford

Here are a couple pic's of my mud truck. It has undergone many changes as many of yours have as well. it is a 79 body, 74 frame, 72 460 engine, 78 transmission, and 78 front axle. i bought it 2wd when I was 17 and now it is what it is.

That is by far my favorite truck. I have had a dozen or so 78-79 old Ford pickups and broncos. My last one is still sitting where the guy I sold it to parked it the day I drove it to his house 2 years ago. I am thinking about getting it back from him one of these days.

Hope to see more of it.

Not really.. i mean it BARELY fits lengthwise.. and i see a good 2-3" of tire hangin off the edge.. if a cop wanted to be a dick im sure he could give you a ticker for improper loading or something..

I started with a Ford Ranger . I prefer the mid size for wheeling .

I hit to many trees in a full size :miff:

My old 429ci had more than enough power. That motor scared the crap out of me on more than one occasion. But I loved it.
