Toy front axles

I have a 1980 front yota axle from a pickup. What if any parts are the same as my 85 4runner? I was thinking about selling it but if the axle shafts and spindles are the same I will keep them for spares.

everything should work in your 85 axle the only difference is the housing and maybe the ring and pinion

Yep, just the housing itself is different, as it doesn't have the full gusseting that the 84-85s do. Not a huge deal, thats not usually where you bend them, anyway.

All the parts should be compatible.
