87 22r truck to 88 4runner efi swap

i have a 87 truck and want to use all the stuff out of a 88 4 runner. I know i can cut and redo harness's, but can i just take out whole cab and engine harness's and swap with efi harness's...Like fuse block and all....and just plug in play from there.. I rather have it more stock like for sellin reasons or if anything happens down the road with wiring. Will the fuse block work out of a 4runner with tailights and stuff from truck??

I am pretty sure that the trucks and 4runners are the exact same. Only difference is that the bed is part of the cab on the 4runner with back seats. Every thing is interchange able. I have seen people switch over to efi like that but have never really looked into it because my 85 came efi 22re. Id just pull all the wiring out of both and swap the efi one in. In theory it should be plug and play. Good luck. Any ?'s i can try to help.
