Smile Auto Show 01/21/06

Hey...My g/f and I are heading to the auto show this Saturday morning til the afternoon. Anyone else going? Maybe we could meet up and do lunch at Hockey Town Cafe or something? Anyone have any ideas?

I was there from about 11-4 and was wearing a pig gig hoodie. It's easy to not find somone when you have that many people in the same place.

i was there from about 2-3:30. other than the DCX displays nothing really thrilled my. Spent a lot of time crawling around the new Jeep. Definetly needs a Flowmaster hushpower muffler(very small), needs to lose some of the cheap plastic pieces on the lower front bumper, dont like the front tow hooks, track bar has a weird upward u shaped bend in it(not sure why) and the grill is made of plastic(i think) other than that i like it Camaro concept sucked(would be great if GM produced it in a more regulation manor but like most gm concepts that get produced it will most likely become a waterdowned version of its sweetness. Toyotas new FJ is ok, i saw 1 flaw though, the exaust pipe hangs below the transfer case little skid, i could see that getting smashed.

I have to say the best concept of the night was the Dodge Challenger...I couldnt get with in 15' of that thing! The crowds that thing drew were 2x the size of the new Camaro. The camaro was sexy but the Challenger was DAYUM! Id buy one!
