What does this error code mean?

Pulled this out of a 2002 ford f-350 work van..

"Exaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected"

Is this a cat issue?

Any easy fix?

Could be an
-EGR Valve
-PDFE Switch (it controls the EGR valve)
-Carbon buildup on the intake manifold
-Clogged or disconnected Vac hose

Sounds like either a defective EGR valve or a defective EVP (?) sensor. Should not be a cat issue.

What was the actual code?

Prolly the DPFE sensor. Pull it off, flip it over and see if it's burnt. Or the vac line going to it. Happens quite a bit on the ferds. Replaced bunches and bunches when I was in the dealer.
