F-150 carbed/EFI engine combo

I finished up swapping the new motor into my truck. I put a carbed block from a 77 with a EFI head/EFI from my 95. When dropping the motor in place, the oil pan hit the crossmember before the motor mounts hit the frame. Realized then that at some point they changed oil pan designs. I figure that when they went EFI they had to lower the engine so the intake would clear the hood. Or, for some reason they raised the crossmember.

So, if you ever put an old motor into a newer truck, make sure you use a newer oil pan.
