Have you looked into the ther details. For example, can you fit the adapter or actual wheels around the wheel hub or axle shaft outer size? That might be a big factor.

everything will fit into the wheel; just want to use my rims i already have. i just bought a d-44, which is a different bp than my wheels. they were a gift and they match, so i want to still use them w/ the new axle

You are probably just going to have to live with a wider wheelbase or spend the money on new axle shafts.

i found one company who makes them. wheeladapterz.com if anyone else needs any; ezaccessory.com was another. i figured it would be more expensive to have someone make them, but i was having a hard time finding the ones i needed. thanks for the input guys

What is the 44 out of ?

you may be able to swap axleshafts and brakes with a tj or early xj 44 (rears) to get your bolt pattern.
