Yes its a Harvester......an International Harvester is the brand like Chevy, Ford, etc. hence the IH

This appears to be a Scout II which would be a '71 and newer, last year of production I believe was '81.

Scouts prior to '71 where called 80 and 800. I don't remember if the early years where the bigger ones, or the Scout II?

Scout II

Guy in my cousin's apartment complex in Arizona had one... brave soul left it wide open at all times... Nothin like getting in to go to work in the morning and invading the personal space of a Brown Recluse

My neighbor has one. It's a Scout II. His is pimp. It's painted orange. Comes complete with the scariest steering setup I've ever seen, front and rear lift blocks, rearched stock springs, open differentials, no front differential, and bald 35 TSL/SXs.

I took a look at a scout for sale here in Marquette, the guy had broke both front springs. So he made a spacer and bolted the axle directly to the frame. And continued to drive it till the motor went!!
