more like 8-12in and bigger in the front coming over the hood

Are you thinking vinyl or paint? It sounds like what you want would have to be painted, unless I am thinking something different.

Ya, I try to take care of clubs and organizations. I wont charge you a minimum or anything. If you just need a couple more stickers, Ill make em one at a time. Most bigger companies charge a setup, digitize fee, and then minimum qty each time. I used to do a lot of car clubs stuff. I can even help ya out with designing a logo if ya want, at a significant discount.

ive seen vinyl its not all 1 peice its in sections

Ill see what I can come up with. The problems you run into are wrapping it around the corners of the fenders, but maybe I can come up with something.
