I have a set of these, they are trucklite #44351R Both of them plus 2 rubber flush mount gaskets for $25, or $30 shipped anywhere in the lower 48.

They are located in Lansing, Mi if your interested in picking them up.

Do you just need a hole saw to install these?

Does it come with a new grommet and such?

I can get some pics up, They come with grommets, and yes all you need is a holesaw.
