Spoke with Carl (Parts Manager) last week and he confirmed that he would offer a discount of cost + 10% GreatLakes4x4.com members. If you happen to work at another Dealership in the area (doesn't have to be DCX), you can get an ever better discount, so ask about that as well if you are an employee local to the Flint area.

I just spoke to Carl again today after running into the reduction in our discount at Hall in Fenton. He confirmed that there is no change and that we will still receive cost + 10%.

I called them today. I told the guy I was a GL4x4 member, and he said "Didn't they close?" I said "no, its a website" and he said he had never heard of them, and that their normal discount is 25% off.

He paused for long enough that it seemed like he was trying to look it up on the computer, and he didn't find anything...? I'm going to call and ask for this "Carl" tomorrow.

Yes, always ask for Carl if you have any problems with anyone. You can also direct them to this thread - they all have internet access.

Total cost of the parts I need went from $250 to around $130.

58 dollar part at my local Jeep stealer is 22 "ish" here.
