Manual trans in vans?

Was a manual trans ever offered in fullsize vans? Ideally a diesel with a 5 speed. I don't think I've ever seen one but never paid much attention to vans.

Used to have a manual in my old '81 Ford Econoline- 300 straight six, 19 MpG. I miss that van, it was the only decent Ford I ever knew...

There was an early 80s chevy fullsize with a gas v8 and a manual trans for sale in Troy area a few years ago... It was factory as far as I could tell.
