Anyone know where my CJ came from ? Milford/Whitmore Lake ?

I posted in the introductions forum yesterday - and just wondering if anyone from the Whitmore Lake/ Milford area knows anything about this CJ7 I bought. Here's some of the particulars:

1985 CJ7
White w/ Gray hardtop
TF999 auto trans with a B&M Shifter
95k miles
it has a 96-98 4.0 crate motor with the H.O. (0630) head
Big ol' Autometer tach w/ Shiftlight mounted on the dash
Mopar FI kit
electric fans
Borla SS header

Tub is a bit rusty drivers floor - and it ain't pretty on the outside (was rusty and the po used a brush to paint over some of the surface rust.

running gear is awesome plus the frame is pretty much rust free, just some surface rust.


The guy I got it from owns a restraunt in Milford. He was making it into a DD.

He said that the guy -he- got it from was building it for sand drags.

It has a sticker on the windshield from an automotive shop in Whitmore lake for oil changes.

Chrome cover on front differential.

Just wondering.
