Depends a LOT on where you go. I see people paying 100-200% more than what I pay at Pontiac Steel.
Also depends on whether there's a drop that size or if they are cutting it for you(and the type of cut they use).
AND depends on the grade of steel. For example, 2 x 2 x 0.25 receiver stock is about $20 a foot, where 2 x 2 x 0.25 A500 is maybe $3-$5 a foot...
Lets see..
10' x 3" x 0.250" cold rolled = 25.5 lbs, so probably about $15 or so
20' x 2" x 2" x 0.250" wall HREW = 119 lbs, probably about $60-$80 or so for a stick.
What are you doing with that much thick tube? Hopefully not going on a vehicle...

someday. weather its in a kit for or I make it.
I was bored one night and started pricing out how much it would cost to build a long arm kit versus buying one. I probably wont build one but what else do you have to do at 2 in the moring.
Thanks for the help Jesus .
right not my estimate is 900 or so. comes to 800 with out getting some square tubing inserts made plus an easy 100 for consumables, cut off discs, drill bits, and bolts. the extra 600 for the clayton kit is making alot more sense now.
