I cant check my PM's???

Ok so I have 12 new PM's ever time I try to check them it wont let me. It beings me back to the same screen. What did I do or what can I do to fix this?

Turn off your pop up blocker

no Im trying to open it as the entire page, not on ie or noten. My pop up blocker is off.
